Our Pet Policy
- Olde Towne Village allows dogs and cats for a non-refundable pet fee of $300
- Pet Rent is $30 per month, per pet
- No more than two (2) pets
- We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds. The property staff reserves the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed.
