1. Strategic Location
Location is the number #1 priority for most tenants. They prefer to stay in a property that is close to establishments — shops, workplaces, schools, entertainment, dining, and hospitals. When a rental apartment is strategically located, it's easier for them to get from Point A to Point B. They can save time and money.
2. Available Parking
It can be inconvenient and stressful when you do not have parking. This is why most tenants want a rental property that already includes parking. Parking that's reserved for them is even better — that way they wouldn't have to worry that all parking slots are occupied.
3. Natural Lighting
Who wants to live in a home that looks so gloomy and dark? Having artificial lights is good but nothing beats natural light. It will make the entire space brighter, happier, and livelier. Tenants may look for a rental property with bigger windows or glass walls. This isn't a priority but they may prefer homes with more natural light in them.
4. Furnished Apartment

7. Smart Appliances and Fixtures
Today, most homeowners prefer a home with energy-saving appliances and water-saving fixtures. These devices are not only efficient but they can also save you money in the long run. It reduces the chances of having to call a plumber or another technician for a costly repair. If a rental property is furnished with tankless water heaters or dual flush toilets, tenants are more likely to choose them over other rental apartments.
8. Well-Maintained Home
When a home is well-maintained, that means that you won't have to worry about calling a professional for repairs or other issues. Maintenance includes insulating the home, fixing doors and windows, plumbing maintenance, and just general home maintenance.

Tenants would want to know what is covered in the lease agreement such as the things that are allowed or not allowed on the property. For example, painting another wall color or installing other fixtures.
